I live at 710 E Maxwell Lane and need to report that once again the snow plow covered my sidewalk. This has happened numerous times. I am 74 y/o and it's hard enough to shovel snow especially this time with 14inches. |

The dead-end alley between 904 1st St. and 912 1st St. has been blocked by snow ploughing. There is a huge ice hump that we can’t shovel away to reach the street with our car. Could you please clear this? Thank you very much. |

Ref # 207761...Ms. Bowlen I think you missed my point...I know crews don't remove the snow..and typically shove excess snow to either side of driveways..but into the driveway as was the case here...so now I have to remove the excess snow. There was adequate room to shove the snow elsewhere. |

Unable to move or access Main Street due to high level of snow within the alley way. Need city plow services to plow the alley way south and parallel of E 2nd street, perpendicular to S Lincoln. Entrance at hill of beechwood manor 1&2 apartments. Entrance also at S Grant. Exit of alley heading W onto S Lincoln. Picture attached. |
