I sent in a ticket yesterday and still no one has come to plow the snow in the parking lot between my apartment building and the neighboring lots and houses. I was told this was an alley and is the responsibility of the city. I have seen plowers come by the road next to our building to clean up that side, but not outs. Multiple cars are blocked in because of this. |

I’m curious if the alley between Washington and Lincoln that lets out on 11th and cottage grove is a road that is paved by the city! Thanks for any info! |

We sent you our address at 1630 S Hathaway and a photo today. We cannot get out into south Hathaway court at all-and therefore cannot make medical appointments. This is a small circular drive that plows have passed by multiple times! They have renwick plowed (twice) and never plowed the little circle of hathaway ct. Pls direct a low crew out tonight as our safety is impacted. We just moved here into the city and are unclear why the city is not responsive. |
