Bloomington, IN	Street Snow Removal	closed	When there are no cars in the way then please clear near curb so people can park. Please plow alley east of my house so I can leave..I park behind my house as I can't walk far. 5 ft pile of snow had to be shoveled from end of alley. 4wheel drive vehicles have used it but can't in my car. Bloomington, IN	Street Snow Removal	closed	Parking spots on street need to be cleared so customers can park and easier access to cleared sidewalks rather than trying to climb over snow mounds. I have a handicap and even if I can find a place to park I can't walk far to get on level ground and why not let people park in the cleared bunger lot.
