Bloomington, IN	closed	Potholes, Other Street Repair	Culvert repair began in November 2025. Since that was finished and a temporary patch made, there has been no further paving. As a result, a 30 yard long stretch of Browncliff, at the bottom of a small hill, is crumbling, full of potholes, and has a big dip where the culvert was reconstructed. I sat through three complete rounds of signal changes with two cars in front of me and approx 7-8 behind me and no left turn arrow ever came on. This was on March 12, 2026.		4 months ago
