Parking on Unimproved Surface |
open |
The alley is an unimproved surface and is intended to provide access to the properties; it is not a designated parking area. Our neighbors have been parking vehicles along the side of their house within the alley, which is making it difficult for us to safely pull out of our driveway and is also preventing larger vehicles from passing through the alley. We are concerned that the current situation could interfere with access for larger vehicles, including emergency or service vehicles. |

Trails |
open |
About 0.10 miles south of the parking lot at the Clear Creek Trailhead off of Tapp Rd, there is a dirt foot path the goes west into the woods. I was walking the paved trail south from the parking lot and noticed a blue tarp in the woods. I confirmed that the tarp was close to or on the dirt foot path, but I didn't investigate further by going into the woods to see if it was a campsite. It's new to the spot because I walk the trail often and have not noticed it in the past. |

Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers) |
open |
At least one sewer grate on the south side of CC needs a clean-up, especially one that looks like it has a shrub growing out of it unless that's growing out of the road. For location, it seems it's closer to Banta but I don't know which house it's in front of without driving past again so I guessed. I don't know the correct technology from the 3 choices below. |
