Ceiling has been leaking. Maintenance came out about 6 weeks ago and he peeled the drywall off to see "how much area was wet." After he pulled back the drywall, he just left the drywall everywhere, where me and my sons had to clean it up; He left the ceiling uncovered, which was left uncovered up until last week after tenant talked to BHA case manager Jenna Scott. This is a health hazard due to mold etc.. Tenant is more vulnerable due to son's asthma and allergies, as well as main tenant (te'wana) having upcoming surgery. Needs fixed immediately. Centerstone can also be contacted, as caseworker Brett Lawrence is working with the family. (812) 929-4295 or email Brett.Lawrence@centerstone.org (last week when i was present with the family sitting at the table, stuff came falling down from the ceiling and was leaking on stuff). |

Blocked Street |
open |
The amount of vehicles constantly parked blocking the corner, causing difficult access for school busses, causing traffic issues around the corner with cars flying through is insane. This corner could benefit from a no parking sign. W Wylie is already a narrow enough street. Often the vehicles are immobile and just stagnant on the street.
Thank you ~ Concerned & irritated neighbors |

Oriental bittersweet at the place in Bryan Park on the map in my photo file. You will want to remove it, I know. |

Recycling |
open |
this address, and several houses on the street (2607 S Bryan, 2605 S Bryan) have begun just leaving their trash & recycling barrels right at the street 24/7. it is unsightly and my understanding is that the barrels are not to remain on the street after weekly trash collection |
