Ceiling has been leaking. Maintenance came out about 6 weeks ago and he peeled the drywall off to see "how much area was wet." After he pulled back the drywall, he just left the drywall everywhere, where me and my sons had to clean it up; He left the ceiling uncovered, which was left uncovered up until last week after tenant talked to BHA case manager Jenna Scott. This is a health hazard due to mold etc.. Tenant is more vulnerable due to son's asthma and allergies, as well as main tenant (te'wana) having upcoming surgery. Needs fixed immediately.
