There is a home located at 505 S Highland Ave that has had trash piled along with old wet furniture, boxes, etc... since the beginning of Aug. I was at the home next door to it this weekend and witnessed two rats running from the pile of debris. A couple of the surrounding homes have report mouse problems including where my son is living and they have seen mice running from that area into their garage area as well. This needs to be cleaned up. It is causing a major pest problem. |

Let me try again.
"Is it illegal to drive this kind of e-motorbikes on the park trails?"
I think that all motorized vehicles are prohibited on park trails by city ordinances. I am not talking about on the streets. If so, why we should wait for the review at the October meeting of the Transportation Commission. You also said that "Even with a new ordinance, regulating this type of behavior as it happens will be difficult." It seems that you don't realize the seriousness of this. Even with a new ordinance, if the City does not take this seriously, what is the point of these all new ordinances?
Please put a police officer between 4-7 pm on the Jackson Creek trails to issue the citations and warnings to these kids. It is just a matter of time before somebody seriously get injured or worse. PLEASE. |

My retaining wall was tagged by something like nail polish or paint. I attempted to submit a ureport yesterday but find no record of it now. I am in Prospect Hill and want to know how to remove this tag without harming the limestone, if there is any information the City can provide. I hope to reach out to our neighborhood association as well, but haven't yet. I filed a police report, no. B26-54606. Thank you. |
