Trash

There is a home located at 505 S Highland Ave that has had trash piled along with old wet furniture, boxes, etc... since the beginning of Aug. I was at the home next door to it this weekend and witnessed two rats running from the pile of debris. A couple of the surrounding homes have report mouse problems including where my son is living and they have seen mice running from that area into their garage area as well. This needs to be cleaned up. It is causing a major pest problem.
