Bloomington, IN Other closed Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on...
