| Bloomington, IN | Accessibility Problem | open | These two signs, where the trail crosses West Third, make no sense. Why is one sign telling pedestrians the sidewalk at College (presumably) is blocked and another one is telling them how to get to College? And if the sidewalk is blocked (as I believe it still is), why is there no sign telling people how to get to an accessible path, as required by the ADA? Please address this common problem. Thanks. |
