We got one snow plow to come through and it blocked in half of the culdesac making things worse. I shoveled down to the curb to attempt to help the plows see the edges, but unfortunately it wasn’t seen. |

Hi! We live in a house backed up to an alley where all of our cars are parked. We aren't able to get any of our cars out because of the snow, so if someone could come plow the alley behind our address asap that would be great. Many other houses also back up to this alley too. |

The alley behind the building is completely full of snow making it impossible to leave the garage therefore not allowing us to go to work. If you could please come out and shovel this ASAP. |

Ticket #207736
I got a response for my email and tried to respond to it. But my message bounced back!
I wrote "Thank you for responding to my e-mail! What happens to my request that the city dispatch a snow removal crew to address my compliance? I still need to get out of my driveway for an emergency!"

The alley behind Maple St needs plowed if/when possible, it’s the main entrance/exit for homes on this street. |

Our road has not been plowed once and cars have been getting stuck just trying to leave their homes. People need to go pick up medicine and can't. |
