There seems to be a leak at this location. The alley is always wet, or in this weather, icy. The ice extends onto the street. Pedestrians have to walk on the icy or walk on the street, and there’s too much traffic usually to walk in the street. There was a lot of ice there this morning (1/20) when it hasn’t rained or snowed recently, which is why I think there must be a leak from the house. Please fix this unsafe condition. Thank you. |

Seit Oktober 2025 wird jeden Tag mit Böllern geknallt zwischen 19-24uhr. Dies ist kein Zustand und war all die Jahre vorher nie so gewesen. Das Ordnungsamt oder Polizei sollte hier was unternehmen. |

Der Mülltonnenstellplatz ist komplett verschmutzt. Mittlerweile liegt wirklich überall Hausmüll, Sperrmüll, Glas, Feuerwerkreste, sogar Einkaufswagen herum. Es stinkt, die Ratten sind unterwegs und es sieht nicht gerade einladend aus. Auch die Gehwege und Grünanlagen sind voller Müll. Da wird auf jeden Fall eine größere Maßnahme notwendig. Es ist wirklich schade, dass dieser Zustand dem Eigentümer Vonovia komplett egal ist. Vielleicht sollte man den Eigentümer stärker in die Pflicht nehmen? |

Water has been leaking from this location for over a year and nobody has come by to fix it. This is my second time reporting this issue and my neighbors have told me that they have reported it too.
It is now frozen and becoming a serious safety hazard.

PKWs und Busse verkehren regelmäßig mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit. Verkehrsschilder 30 km/h bzw. 50 km/h werden nicht eingehalten. Dadurch starke Lärmentwicklung und gefährliche Verkehrssituationen. Wunsch: Blitzer, verstärkte Kontrollen. |

There appears to be a water leak directly in front of this residence. Seeps rather flows - but with cold weather it has created an ice patch on Rogers Street. This may have been going on for a bit of time as there is always some water there - but in warmer temps it flows downhill and is not as noticeable. |
