Chambers Drive. Wednesday night everyone puts their trash out for Thursday morning pickup. We've had increases occurrences of the homeless going through everyone's trash cans and walking off with bags of trash. Just watched a guy walk off with my neighbors trash. This is unacceptable. |

I replied to an email from Haskell asking for our address but realized it's from no-reply@bloomington.in.gov. In case my reply didn't reach him, I am reporting it again here with our address. |

Top of water meter is off. You can see the gap to the left in the photo. I nudged it mostly back into place but can’t quite get it on and don’t know how to secure it. Meter is near southwest corner of yard, about 10 feet from Rose Avenue. Could be a hazard for pets, wildlife, or a person walking there. |
