Please investigate possible instance of "Demolition by Neglect". This former, longtime rental last changed ownership in 2023. Soon afterwards, the summer kitchen in the backyard was demolished (without a permit), most of the plantings around the property were removed, the house was stripped of its floors and walls, and it has been left standing as a shell ever since. Last winter, large icicles hung from the porch ceiling, indicating roof is leaking. Concern is that house is purposely being allowed to decay. |
