The water meter cover is loose and will flip up if stepped on. Someone could easily fall into the hole and be injured. The cover is near the trees that are to the east of the most western field. Unfortunately, it has been sitting in the same place along the side of my house (on the cul-de-sac side) without being moved for several months. The neighbors to their east told me that it had to be jumped to move it off the owners’ driveway onto the street and that it is a nuisance to to other neighbors driving in and out. It also makes it more difficult for the trash pick up trucks and other larger vehicles with trailers (mowing companies) using the cut-de-sac. The plates are current.		3 months ago
Bloomington, IN	Parks & Rec Programs	open	Right here on the trail parallel to Sare Rd is always flooded because there’s a drain going down to the creek. Can someone please come put a drain underneath it so the trail isn’t always flooded and muddy? It’s a safety hazard since it’s constantly very slippery.		3 months ago
