The homeless encampment outside of the Wheeler Mission is ridiculous. They have multiple full shopping carts, and rocking chairs on the sidewalk. The city needs to clean it up. They are also camping in the woods back there. |

An der Grundstückseinfriedung des Netto-Marktes befindet sich eine massive Betonmauer in einem stark beschädigten Zustand. Die Mauer weist erhebliche bauliche Schäden auf und bricht augenscheinlich auseinander. Bereits mehrere Betonteile haben sich gelöst. Besonders kritisch ist ein größeres Betonelement mit einem geschätzten Volumen von ca. 1 m³, welches sich deutlich in Richtung des öffentlichen Gehweges neigt. Nach äußerer Einschätzung besteht akute Einsturzgefahr. Im Falle eines Umsturzes könnten Fußgänger unmittelbar getroffen werden. Aufgrund der Größe und Masse des Betonteils besteht erhebliche Gefahr für Leib und Leben bis hin zu tödlichen Verletzungen. Die Gefahrenstelle befindet sich unmittelbar am öffentlichen Gehweg und sollte dringend abgesichert sowie kurzfristig durch den Eigentümer bzw. die zuständige Stelle überprüft werden. Eine sofortige verkehrssichernde Maßnahme erscheint erforderlich. |

See picture. Just reporting - at approx location north side of 5th street. Overhead wires draped through canopy of utility easement flora. One end is also dangling from overhead near the road. Not sure which company is responsible, so putting in ticket for city action. |
