Trash has been scattered across the entire driveway for months with piles of more trash accumulating outside next to garage. Excessive growth to the point it looks like the movie setting for I Am Legend. After each storm large branches fall into street and are not picked up until neighbors just do it themselves. With the persistent amount of disregard to upkeep the outside it’s worrisome if there are hazards inside. |

The fifth dog at this address (over the amount allowed by ordinance) that purportedly does not bark was observed today on the rear deck of the house continuously barking from a few minutes before 2 pm until 2:15 pm. No other dogs were out. The dog looks like a border collie, black and white, medium size. Its mouth was going up and down continuously. Barks were heard continuously until somebody let the dog inside at 2:15. |
