Significant damage to recycling bin when we checked on it this morning after pick up. The wheel and pin have come completely detached from the base, making it so we won't be able to pull it with the wheels. One wheel was found down by our neighbor's driveway. There was no notice left, but I have to select something below to move forward with submission. |

Stella Ridge had three entrances, but two were blocked off. The center column on the southern entrance is on the ground and there is room for a car to enter and exit onto Smith Road. I've seen a van parked there several times. Drivers on Smith won't be expecting a vehicle to pull out there and I'm concerned there could be an accident. |

eastbound W Allen there are several (I can't remember, 6-10?) small potholes. I noticed drivers moving into the other lane to avoid hitting them which is unsafe on that road given its hilly nature. |
