| Bloomington, IN | closed | Traffic Signals | Stoplight at Adams and 2nd/Bloomfield sometimes takes up to 3 minutes to change in the morning (7am) so cars on Adams can drive through the intersection. It's rare that it takes that long but it shouldn't ever happen. This delay encourages drivers to use the more dangerous Allen St intersection to turn westbound onto Bloomfield despite limited visibility on an incline.
