I I know from the last email that I sent you that you're working on a plan. In the meantime, the situation in front of wheeler mission is just getting worse. There are people camping down there they have their belongings thrown everywhere. They're on the sidewalks. They're in the street. The homeless themselves are in the middle of the road. It is unsafe to drive through there at times and unsafe 100% of the time for people to walk down that sidewalk. This needs to be addressed and cleaned up |

This case was opened by myself regarding trash cans that needed to be removed from the rear of this property. On April 9th, the case was closed, with the pick up of these cans seeming to have been scheduled. However, weeks later, the cans are still there, and some trash has even fallen over off of them during recent bad weather. Maybe they were not scheduled to be picked up until later this month, but the issue is unfortunately getting worse ... and more gross. Please contact me with any questions, thank you. |

Sowohl der neu angelegte Weg um das Regenrückhaltebecken sowie der Fußweg nach Biestow werden regelmäßig von Auto-/Quad- u. Mopedfahrern als Durchfahrtsweg und Rennstrecke (besonders gerne Jugendliche am Wochenende) genutzt. Bitte dringend eine klare Beschilderung zum Durchfahrtsverbot oder gerne auch Poller zur Absperrung anbringen. Das Becken war auch zum Schutz von Lebewesen wie Amphibien gedacht. Hier muss dringend eine Lösung gefunden werden. So wie es aktuell ist, werden diese vertrieben oder getötet. |

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED, NOT RESOLVED: I reached out to you on April 7, 2026 about an electrical wire that is sitting on top of my garage; it runs from my house to the electric pole in my yard. You recommended that I report it to Duke Energy - I did, on the same day - Ticket # D7806903. No one has repaired this dangerous situation yet, I am very concerned about a wire touching my garage which has my car and lawn equipment stored inside. What do you recommend should be my next steps as Duke was unresponsive?
OTHER : Since that time, I noticed that there is a very large tree/branch on the town property in the rear of my yard. This tree/branch is touching my rear yard neighbor's electrical wires - it should be removed - it has been there since the tornado in February.
