Bloomington, IN	Blocked Street	closed	Owner of burned out house has erected a tent in the front yard encroaching on the road at a tight turn. It's a narrow street to begin with. House is a hazard, too. Trash and rodents piling up. There are small children living next door and lots of kids run around the neighborhood. Bloomington, IN	Traffic Related Complaints	closed	A drainage or other pipe was installed a few weeks ago in Hillside Drive immediately west (in the eastbound lane) of the pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of Hillside and South Olive Street. Every time a vehicle runs over this "pipe opening" it makes a loud noise that can be heard in the immediate neighborhood. It is very annoying and distrurbing to the residents near this intersection, especially at night when drivers can't see this opening. Can something please be done to make this quieter please.
