I drive past these two horses every day. I’ve noticed how incredibly unhealthy and skinny they are. Over the past year I have drove past, I have seen no increase in healthy weight. The ribs, hips, pretty much every bone is shown. I don’t know if they have some kind of health issues, but after a year of seeing these horses, you’d think they’d have gained some weight by now. I’m concerned for their well-being. |

There is an apartment complex which has been in business for over thirty years that has had graffiti on the retaining wall for over six months. It is located at the corner of Fess and 2nd Street. I initially thought that the owners of the complex would do something about it but so far, nothing. |

Trash bags piled up against the front of the house - again. Building is right next to the Runcible Spoon, and guests seated outside have to look at this junky rental full of selfish rich kids. Please fine them to get them to stop being inconsiderate. |

My neighbors continuously pile trash in their backyard which then blows into my yard + surrounding areas. The daily chore of having to pick up trash in my yard has become unbearable. I’ve also watched squirrels dig through their litter finding things to eat. It’s disrespectful and getting old. |

A few years back, city removed all large trees in subdivision and replaced with smaller ones. Got to our yard and ran out of money. Since then we’ve tried to keep it trimmed from our yard and sidewalk. Big issue is also the street drain by tree dropping leaves and limbs blocking the drain because we can’t cut it anymore. We are 70 and 80 yrs old and on fixed income. Can the city at least cut back the limbs substantially. We can’t pay a professional tree cutter. Thank you for consideration. Picture attached. |
