For the last week, there has been water seeping up out of an underground location under a metal plate in the street that says "WATER" on it. This began after the fire hydrant was replaced last week at 6th and Elm. Surely CBU doesn't want to be wasting water like this; however, I called them directly a week ago to report this, and nothing has been done. |

the gutter above my front door has been hanging off the building for weeks and my landlord has yet to fix it. it has been dropping nails and causes water to flood my entrance. the issue continues to worsen each day. it’s a large gutter and i’m afraid it could fall and hurt myself or my neighbors. |

Traveling south on Highland Ave there is an arrow sign on the left that points to the curve. The left side of the sign the screws are missing and it flaps a lot in the wind. Concerned it will fly off and hit someone or a car. |
