The asphalt is largely missing in one part of the alley that runs between 508 and 514 N Washington Street (alleyway from Washington to Lincoln). The dangerous section is next to the garage for 508 N Washington, where the road is steeply inclined and the asphalt on the south side is broken up and washed away. |

It appears that during the recycle pick up the can make have accidentally caught the underside of our mailbox as it swung upwards to be emptied. Our recycling bin had the round catch bar yanked out and our mailbox and bracket are both deformed. |
