Bloomington, IN Potholes, Other Street Repair closed Pothole forming in intersection of 12th/Washington, closest to SW corner. Not all that deep right now, but wide enough to catch tires and in a place where cars heading east on 12th turn onto Washington. South side of this particular intersection appears to have had work done in the past, so it could be a recurring issue. 11 months ago

Bloomington, IN Traffic Related Complaints closed Driving southbound on Walnut St. Pike I came over the hill while driving 30 or 35 and had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a car at a dead stop just over the hill. The car was at the end of a line of maybe 5 cars waiting behind a bus picking up a passenger at the bus stop. If a another car had approached during the ~30 seconds I was stopped there I certainly would have gotten rear-ended. The bus stop needs to be relocated so it isn't immediately over the crest of a blind hill. Relocation would be easier if sidewalks extended the length of Walnut St. Pike between Winslow and Rohrer. 11 months ago
