Good morning,
I am the Assistant Property Manager for Country View Apartments. At the bottom of the hill where the bus stop is there is a bike that has been chained to a pole for several weeks now. None of our residents have claimed it and it needs to be removed off of our property.

There is significant and growing erosion on the south side of Moore's Pike, just west of the Southeast Park. The big drop-off could cause a serious accident. |

The sidewalk north of the tennis courts in the Southeast park does not drain and as a result the sidewalk is frequently muddy and difficult for pedestrians to navigate. You cleaned off the mud last spring, but the underlying lack of drainage has not been addressed. And during the winter although the rest of the walkways around the Southeast park were welll plowed, the stretch along the north of the tennis courts was not plowed at all. |
