The walk on W Kirkwood in front of the Hyatt Place hotel was not shoveled or treated throughout the last snow event. When I stopped in to enquire about this on Tuesday afternoon I was informed that it was a “city sidewalk” and the city’s responsibility. |

Die Schüler vermüllen täglich die Gehwege Sternberger Straße und Bützower Straße wenn in der Pause der Penny aufgesucht wird. Verpackungen werden aufgerissen und fallen gelassen. Auch auf dem Innenhof Sternberger Straße und Bützower Straße. Hauseingänge und Treppen werden vermüllt. Bitte mal mit der Schulleitung und dem Ordnungsamt Kontakt aufnehmen. Wenn keine Einsicht der Schüler folgt, sollte die Schule die Reinigung täglich übernehmen. Das Selbe gilt auch für den Bereich der Bushaltestellen Bützower Straße und der Wendepunkt Mecklenburger Allee inklusive Fahrradstellplatz bei dem Wendepunkt. |

Not a request, a question based on a neighborhood association listserv post. Is this true: "They never clear the streets on Saturday or Sunday." Also, what does the City use for road "salt?" Thanks ! |

The Hopewell Plaza is haphazardly plowed. Half the sidewalks are clear, half aren’t. Some crosswalks are clear and some aren’t. For something that’s supposed to be the “great new area” in the city, we’re doing a poor job of maintaining it for winter use. |
