Aus meiner Sicht ist hier das Rechtsabbiegen zu jeder Zeit, selbstverständlich unter Einhaltung größter Vorsicht und Rücksichtnahme auf Fußgänger und kreuzende Fahrradfahrer, gefahrlos möglich, da man dem Autoverkehr dabei nicht in die Quere kommt.
