It coninutally blows onto my property and around to other neighbor's property, too. 156 days has passed since this was last reported. WHY has it taken so long?! There are several grocery carts, a large screen tv and a new addition this week is a refrigerator. The refrigerator could have been picked up by the city, but no. They probably never requested that to be picked up. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have this yard a complete mess and is embarrassing to have friends over.
