| Bloomington, IN | open | Unsafe Buildings | Only halfway completed in construction almost two decades ago, the abandoned "Tibetan tea house" is owned last I heard by someone living in California who's son living in Indiana asked another guy a third person to watch over it and was letting a bunch of unhoused people stay there with syringes, foil wads, and there's been constant traffic in and out of the brush and the structure ever since. They camp out in that little area, then spread out to nearby neighborhoods and Crestmont porch pirating, etc. it's not a safe structure, and it is maintaining a common nuisance. It's not a complete structure, it has never been properly maintained, and needs to be demolished. | | 7 months ago |
