Automobile traffic including buses and wrecker services using the road create traffic hazards dodging the containers. Auto traffic is constantly speeding down Monroe St. between 10th and 11th. It is very dangerous for pedestrians and car traffic using Cottage Grove. Trash and Recycle Containers need to be kept off of the roadway and the spilled trash from the downed containers needs to be kept cleaned and properly maintained. Dies führt zu extrem langen Wartezeiten aus allen Richtungen ohne das überhaupt mehr Verkehr aus der Richtung kommt die Grün hat.
