Köln / Cologne, Deutschland	open	Schrottfahrräder	Ich habe bereits vor Monaten darum gebeten, das schwarze Schrottfahrrad zu entfernen, das an der Subbelrather Str. angekettet ist. Seitdem ist nichts passiert, aber da war mir auch noch nicht klar, dass sogar die Kategorisierung als Schrottfahrrad in Köln formal geregelt ist. Dieses sieht vielleicht auf den ersten Blick nicht so aus, aber es erfüllt die drei notwendigen Schrottfahrrad-Kriterien: die extrem lange Standzeit ist zweifelsfrei daran zu erkennen, dass es inzwischen von Pflanzenranken durch- und überwuchert ist. Die Reifen sind platt (was von Weitem nicht auffällt, weil die Mäntel so stabil sind, dass sie auch ohne Luft einigermaßen die Form halten.) Und ich denke "unter und durchwuchert von Pflanzenranken" ist für ein Fahrrad ein ausreichend ungewöhnlicher Abstellort, um auch dieses Merkmal zu erfüllen. Bitte entfernen Sie dieses Rad aus dem öffentlichen Beet.		2 days ago

Köln / Cologne, Deutschland	open	Wilder Müll	Guten Morgen, seit mehreren Wochen steht dieser Müllcontainer draußen—dieser ist kaputt. Weder der AWB noch die GAG fühlt sich dafür verantwortlich. Vielmehr werden hin und her Schuldzuweisungen gemacht und die Bewohner müssen das ausbaden. Ich frage mich wirklich, wann man sich endlich einig wird. Der Inhalt dieser Tonne gammelt vor sich hin und ist eine Quelle von Bakterien, Keimen und wer weiß noch für Krankheiten. Noch dazu werfen irgendwelche Fremden weiterhin Müll dazu, sodass man schon keinen Durchgang mehr hat. Es muss endlich etwas getan werden! Das ist doch kein Zustand!		2 days ago

Bloomington, IN	open	Street Lights	I filed a complaint well over a month ago about the street light that is not working in front of the house. When repairs were done to the side walks in October, the light was disconnected and just left unconnected, with the glass dome hanging at the top of light. Clearly you can see it’s not working by that alone. I submitted a ticket 200127. Today I received notification that the light was fixed. I was also told by Christina Smith to contact her if it is not. I don’t know how I am supposed to contact her when there is no email or phone on the notification, and it comes from a no reply email. The light is not working now going on over four months. Please send someone out to fix it tired of waiting as it’s a safety hazard as well.		2 days ago
