| Bloomington, IN | open | Traffic Signals | In November I had reported an issue with the traffic signal at Hillside/High St. (Case #199372). It was closed as resolved, but the issue has never been corrected. There is an issue with the sequencing of the light phasing. The cars heading south High St. always receive a left turn signal, regardless if there is a car sitting in the turn lane. The north/south bound lanes already receive a significantly less phase time (understandably so given the traffic on Hillside), but this creates an even shorter phase for cars going north on High St., especially with the no turn on reds posted at this intersection.
Can the phasing of this light be addressed so that the southbound traffic doesn't receive a left turn signal unless there is a car in the turn lane? | | 5 months ago |

I’m sure others have complained and I am aware of different source, but this is unacceptable.
I have always been pleased with the water in the past but our water filter doesn’t even take this foul taste out of it.
This needs to be taken care of immediately.
