Currently, the landscapers are unable to access the area beneath the trees to clean up debris effectively, and the significant amount of debris dropped by the trees is clogging nearby street and ground drains. It is suspected that this clogging is causing issues with flooding in the area. Additionally, there is a street drain on the southwest side of the island/Melville Circle that may be causing issues, including a sinkhole in the island lawn adjacent to the street drain. Can we receive confirmation of whether some or all of the repairs in these locations (within the island and on the street of Melville Circle) is under the jurisdiction of the City or of the Renwick Neighborhood Association?
