To avoid risk to crash into the vehicles parked on Heritage Rd, I turned into Morningside from 3rd street, then Park Lane, meadow brook, back to Morningside then into Heritage. When the time I turned into Morningside, it’s like from a bright hallway into a dark theater. Once I almost turn into the grass area. The street lights in Park Ridge area are old fashioned. The ones in Park Ridge East with low warm light are much better. The area I passed are all dark even with people’s own light, hard for drivers to see people walking their dogs in the night. | | 11 months ago |
