Ist es zulässig, dass dieser Anwohner durch das Planieren seines Vorplatzes am Haus mindestens 2 Parkplätze auf der Straße davor blockiert, obwohl an seinem Haus 2 Garagen und anderer Pkw Stellplatz vorhanden ist?
Bürgersteig ist in der gesamten Straße abgeflacht …
