I, (Ava Kaiserlian), bought both my 2024 - 2025 permit for my own vehicle along with the one guest pass we got for the house, but only ever received my personal one. I did move out of the address that was listed for the parking pass to be sent to not too long after, but it never got forwarded to my new location either. I have the receipts of buying the two passes, yet I only received the one for my residence and not the guest pass. I was wondering if there is any way we can resolve this issue and we could get a new one sent to us (at our address).
