| Bloomington, IN | open | Parks & Playgrounds | I wanted to have a meet up with some parents and their children at the park so went to scope it out around 5pm on a Friday afternoon and there were at least eight adults with lots of stuff hanging out and 2 out of 3 restrooms were locked. I know that a public park is for everyone, so I'm talking about of both sides of my mouth, but I didn't feel comfortable and didn't want to have my kids two year old birthday party at the trades park. Seems like a good place to put some more houses, since the park can't be used by everyone. In theory I like the picnic shelters being by the playground so I can sit and eat and watch my kids, but I think I prefer Butler Park while if there are transients who come off the railroad track they aren't at the playground. | | about 1 year ago |
