I did, and so did the neighbors. The worker said he ran into water, but if we all had service, then he wasn’t going to worry about it. I didn’t think anything of it. Now, we have noticed there is water coming up out of a spot along the sidewalk. I realize the picture is not really telling you much, but it’s like a small mud pit and water is coming up out the ground there.
