I don’t know if I am contacting the correct department. We walked by a retention pond and huge drainpipe on Buick-Cadillac Dr. A foul-smelling odor, smelling like potent bubblegum, grew in odor and started taking our breath away. I was reminded of a similar odor emanating from an Eli Lilly plant on the south side of Indianapolis. Should this water area in the midst of commercial activity be analyzed? We don’t wish to breathe in toxic fumes. |

The placement of this sign narrows the sidewalk way down here between the utility box and the street lamp pole. The narrowing in proximity to the handicapped ramp should be of concern.

This dumpster took off has been here for 3-4 years. The owner is using it as a dump site for his construction projects on his other properties around town. It is an eyesore and it attracts rodents. |
