The pedestrian signal on the north side of the intersection of 3rd and Walnut appears to not be working. Typically a white pedestrian signal appears but it is not happening at this location. It is the signal for when you are crossing on the north side of the intersection from west to east. |

Not sure where to file this one. Inconsiderate and stupid contractors have set up a portable toilet right in the view of everyone walking and driving by, smack dab in the ROW, and on top of that it is blocking a fire hydrant. |
