Frequent excessive noise from 703 west 7th st : often continuing late at night: repairing and modifying cars outdoors, hammering and power tools, extremely loud engines/exhausts, revving and leaving engines running, and test-driving cars at high speed up and down 7th Street. There is also frequent shouting, bright lights, and loud outdoor/yard work, sometimes until 9 PM or later. Car repairs and related noise sometimes continue past midnight. This is a recurring, almost daily disturbance that has been going on for months now. All the close neighbors had enough!!! |
