There are trash & recycling bins left in the street several days after Wednesday pick-up blocking obstructing traffic and blocking parking spaces. I am one of the only remaining home-owners and often need to find a parking space blocks away. When trying to find a place to park this morning there were 27 bins in the middle of the road just on this block. Can the students & landlord please be informed of their responsibility. |
