My family and I were at Olcott Park at 11 am today (9/6/26). While there, 3 young boys on electric bikes rode down the trails quickly, "gunning" their motors loudly (too fast for such a public place). I was concerned about the children playing in the playground and walking through the park.
Also, these individuals rode their electric bikes on the soccer fields. Due to the amount of dirt that was disturbed and blowing into the environment, I believe they might have damaged the field with their electric bikes.
There was no parental supervision as far as I could tell.
I'm wondering if there is a contact number one could call while things like this are happening? Submitting this report seems to be too late as I don't know their identities for follow-up.
