I am writing to formally report a severe safety incident involving the driver of Bus Line 6 today, September 4, 2026, at approximately 5:53 PM. At this time, the driver deliberately closed the doors early, trapping a passenger in the doorway. This reckless behavior put the passenger at immediate risk of physical injury and directly violates standard safety protocols. Furthermore, this same driver has been deliberately skipping designated bus stops, ignoring passengers waiting to board or alight.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, compromises public safety, and warrants immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.Please investigate this incident using the route log and any available onboard camera footage. I request an update on the actions taken to address this dangerous behavior and ensure passenger safety moving forward. |
