Car parked well out in the street (on a blind turn, probably illegally close to the corner, etc). I had hoped this was dealt with, as they seemed to be avoiding being in the improved street a day or two ago, but this morning at 6am it was as bad as ever. |

There is so much trash in this alley the cars can’t drive through. There are rats. It’s filthy.
it appears to be from 118 N. Walnut-the hub. That is based on the address labels. I’m seeing. There’s also food debris from Amrit restaurant.
this has been reported to several times over the past couple of weeks and no action has been taken |
