This is my 3rd report on this property. Seems like they won’t cut their grass unless the city makes them and after the last notice they did a very poor job. Grass is blocking road visibility for residents turning out of the Winslow frontage road. This is a danger to cars turning and on the road, pedestrians, bike riders and kids waiting on the school bus as this is a bus stop that sits on top of a blind hill. This house is an air bnb rental so you would think their property would have enough income to keep their grass cut. Residents should not have to complain every time their grass is long and I think this now calls for a more preventative fine. |
