Traffic light is not turning free to allow traffic to turn left onto eastbound Bloomfield Rd from the ramp. Traffic is either having to run the red light or turn the other direction & make a U turn in front of Sams Club. |

Animal Control & Neglected Pets |

There are two dogs at this address, owned by Jake Carter. They are being neglected. Not getting the medical care they need, even though Jake has the money to take care of them. The 1st dog is Ozzie, he's brown. He has serious allergies and skin issues and a very tight collar. 2nd dog is Finn, he's white and brown. He has allergies and skin irritation so bad his fur is almost gone and it is very red and looks painful. He also has a very swelled up ear that looks painful. He's also going blind. Neither dog is potty trained and they poop and pee in the house. Please help these poor doggies. |
