Not getting the medical care they need, even though Jake has the money to take care of them. The 1st dog is Ozzie, he's brown. He has serious allergies and skin issues and a very tight collar. 2nd dog is Finn, he's white and brown. He has allergies and skin irritation so bad his fur is almost gone and it is very red and looks painful. He also has a very swelled up ear that looks painful. He's also going blind.
